We offer detailing services for a wide range of projects including industrial, commercial, miscellaneous, (stairs, guardrails, ladders, etc.) and heavy plate ductwork. We are also capable of producing grating and deck layout drawings.

Our Staff of project managers includes many years of experience working for fabricators. This allows us to anticipate the needs of the project and our customers and provides us the background to work directly with Engineer of Record or directly with the GC as a representative of the fabricator, when required or requested. We are also a valuable asset in helping to sell and kickoff projects and have assisted the sales team of our customers.

IDS has a full engineering staff that is capable of complex connection design for standard, high seismic and heavily loaded structures. We provide engineering review of all our shop drawings to verify shear connection capacities. We are currently licensed in 48 states. Our experienced staff often assists our customers in other ways like helping determine general connection concepts for bidding jobs and helping propose solutions to complex field questions. We also have experience in other aspects of structural engineering and can assist in other stages of design work such as value added engineering. We provide E & O insurance for all of our jobs.

We provide CNC including nc 1 files, DXF and KSS files tailored to the specific needs of our customers on all of our projects.
