The project is 4-story athletic, recreation and wellness center with an approximate area of 100,000 sq. ft. Structure will house a pool and a basketball court both surrounded with bleachers/seats. Buildings superstructure is composed of steel frames, floor trusses and roof trusses. IDS, Inc. scope of work for this project includes production of structural steel shop and erection drawings and connection design for moment, shear, vertical brace, horizontal brace and truss joints. The project was completely detailed and designed by the 2nd quarter of 2005.
