The project is a word-class 206,100 sq. ft. Indoor Arena facility for the use of Equestrian events as well as larger concert events held on the Kentucky Horse Parks' 1,032 acre park. The building  is a 2-story facility with a mezzanine which accommodates the private Suites, 5,600 permanent seats with a possible 8,860 seats for concerts venues. Structure has a seismic resisting systems that are composed of Ordinary Concrete Shear Walls below the Concourse level and Ordinary Steel Concentrically Braced Frames for upper levels.

IDS, Inc. scope of work for this project includes production of structural and miscellaneous steel shop and erection drawings. The project was completely detailed by the 4th quarter of 2008.
