This elaborate Pavilion structure will be part of the more than 10 acres of landscaped waterfront parkland at Hunter’s Point South located in southern Queens.  It is part of a 30-acre waterfront site that will accommodate 5,000 new housing units for Middle income families.

IDS’s scope includes detailing all the structural & miscellaneous steel along with providing connection calculations for any connections not fully designed on the contract drawings.
