This is a 31-story structure that functions as a life care retirement living facility. IDS scope of work is to provide the 3D modeling services for all the structural steel stairs of the building. The stairs are modeled in TEKLA Structures as part of the BIM requirement of the job. The building is composed of a total of 10 stairs that ranges from 4 levels up to 32 levels of stairs. The steel stairs approximately weighs 105 tons.
