BMW Conveyor Grating is part of the BMW Yard Conveyor Trestle project, located in Greer, South Carolina. The grating is a small part of the building but needed special attention in detailing. IDS utilized experience AutoCAD detailers to detail the miscellaneous items and to insure that all connections between the structural steel and miscellaneous steel coordinated perfectly. IDS scope of work includes the structural steel for the columns, post, purlins, beams, hoist beams, vertical bracing, trusses, outriggers, loose continuous angles, parapet support, panel frame, galvanized pipe stub columns, while on the miscellaneous steel, scope includes the galvanized cage ladders, galvanized platforms, galvanized stringers & landings, galvanized rails. IDS also provided the KSS files and DXF drawings on this project. |
