Requirements
- Graduate of B.S. Civil Engineering / Architecture from reputable university & registered Civil Engineer / Architect. M.S. Degree or Unit in Structural Engineering / Drafting Course diplomas is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in TEKLA SOFTWARE and / or AutoCAD SOFTWARE
- Must possess extensive knowledge in Structural analysis principles. Good Communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of DETAILING, X-STEEL experience in addition to AutoCAD is a PLUS

Position: C# Programmer
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s College Degree in Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related courses.
- Minimum of 1 year solid professional experience in Winforms application development using C#.Net.
- Working experience in OOP fundamentals.
- Working experiece in Windows Presentation Foundation(WPF) with MVVM pattern knowledge is an advantage.

Position: Senior Structural Engineer
IDS has immediate opening for Senior Structural Engineer that will be tasked to immediately handle jobs and will have the responsibility to handle junior engineers under his/her supervision.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of BS Civil Engineering from a reputable University and a Registered Civil Engineer. M.S. degree or units in Structural Engineering is an advantage.
2. Minimum of 6 years extensive experience in Structural Design of trusses, moment frames, bracing systems, etc.
3. Minimum of 4 years experience in managing a team of engineers.
4. Knowledge in Steel Connection design is an advantage. If none, candidate must have the ability to easily understand principles of connection design and interpret code provisions correctly.
5. Knowledge in computer applications such as MathCAD and AutoCAD is an advantage.
6. Must possess extensive knowledge in structural analysis principles. Good communication skills.

Position: Xsteel Detailer-TEKLA ( Manila Office )
Task and Responsibilities
IDS has immediate openings for TEKLA Detailer. Responsibilities of a Tekla Detailer shall include: interpret contract design drawings and Coordination drawings like Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Joist & Deck etc., write RFI’s and queries, model structural and miscellaneous steel members for commercial and industrial buildings, manufacturing plants and other facilities, application of components necessary to complete the joint connections based on design and engineering calculations, create erection plans, shop drawings single-part drawings and gather sheets, perform model and drawing review within the available parameters of Tekla and QA/QC procedures to facilitate detailing accuracy; run system reports for Bolt-list, Fabtrol, CNC and other data to be required during fabrication and erection phase; accomplish import/export functions of Tekla to translate data exchange formats as required for BIM process.
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must have an Engineering degree and/or Drafting Course Diplomas.
2. Required Skills: knowledgeable in AutoCad and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
3. NISD Certification would be an advantage but not essential.
4. Minimum of 5 years Steel Detailing experience of which has 2 years experience using Tekla Structures.

Task and Responsibilities
IDS has immediate openings for structural Steel checkers. Responsibilities include checking of shop and erection drawings, coordination of work with, project managers, detailers, advanced bill of material, fit check/Bolt list and Production control departments. IDS checkers are encouraged to take responsibility for drawings they check.
Qualifications
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's College Degree in Engineering (Civil),
Architecture or equivalent.
2. Required Skills: Thorough knowledge of detailing

Position: Project Manager (St. Louis Office)

Project managers are responsible for managing all aspects of detailing & connection design, including coordination with the fabricator, design team, and other suppliers to the project. A project manager is also responsible for maintaining drawing quality, project schedules and costs, and overall customer satisfaction. Position: .Net Developers ( Manila Office )
Tasks and Responsibilities
We have immediate openings for .Net Developers who are passionate about programming. Successful candidates will be designing and developing high quality software that meets the company’s software development standards using Object Oriented methodologies. The position’s responsibilities also include analysis and assessment of new technologies, unit and integration testing, maintaining the quality of applications and elaborate software documentation.
Qualifications
- Must have excellent people skills.
- Considerable experience developing applications in C#. VB.Net knowledge is a plus, but NOT required.
- Experience in reporting tools. Visual Studio 2010 Report Designer is preferred, but other tools such as Crystal Reports and SQL Server Reporting Services are also acceptable.
- Database development experience. Preferably in MS SQL.
- Solid experience in using Object Oriented Analysis, Programming and Design. Plus points if the candidate has experience as a Technical Lead.
- Familiarity with coding standards and unit testing.
- Experience with WPF, MVVM and Expression Blend is a HUGE plus, but not required.
